Arguably the biggest game of the EPL season among today’s English Premier League fixtures, and the entire season could hinge on the result of the big game at Old Trafford. Manchester United take on Chelsea knowing that a win would send them four points clear at the top of the league, and with only a few Premier League fixtures left, it would almost send the title back to the Red Devils once again.
Premier League Fixtures
Some of the biggest news to hit before this game is the lack of their strikers. Didier Drogba, Chelsea’s talismanic striker, will be starting the match from the bench, and Wayne Rooney’s midweek injury will keep him sidelined for a few weeks.
In other matches, Arsenal will have an eye on the United match knowing that they could get their noses right back into the title hunt if they can beat Wolves. On the south coast, Portsmouth know that if they don’t beat Blackburn they could find themselves down in the Championship. If they can beat their Lancashire rivals, then their fate may not be sealed – at least not yet.
