The Miami Heat have been ablaze as of late with an impressive winning streak that has re-instilled fear in the hearts of all opponents. Miami handed Orlando a 90-78 defeat, avenging the double digit loss they suffered several weeks ago.

Wade was simply too much for Reddick to handle on Sunday
Dwyane Wade was the star of the night, setting the pace early going 6 for 7 in a devastating first quarter that set forth the Heat’s intentions of running the ball early on. Jason Richardson suffered a last minute injury to his chest area, and was therefore replaced by JJ Redick who had a solid offensive game but just couldn’t keep up with Flash.
Dwight Howard did his best to keep his team in the game, but even Superman wasn’t enough against a Heat side that becomes hard to stop when the bench starts contributing to an already star studded starting cast.
The Magic are entering a crucial stretch of their season, with the All-Star game they’re hosting approaching and trade rumors therefore intensifying. They have to focus on the road trip they have ahead, and as much as Dwight Howard claims his desire to leave the team isn’t affecting the Magic’s play, ESPN commentator Jeff Van Gundy was quick to point out that, despite his brother (Magic’s coach) thinking along the same lines, that it simply was not possible for it to not affect the Magic players.
